Location was perfect. Easy access to walking zone right out the front door. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking spaces are very small and for the same fee we parked in the City Garage just two minutes walking distance. The third bed in the room for three people was so hard it was not possible for any person to sleep on. I would not recommend the large room for 3 people if you have a third person. The regular double beds were very nice. No complimentary coffee or coffee making options in the hotel. We walked to nearby cafe's and enjoyed coffee in the city. The hotel charges 2.50 for a cup of coffee from a machine.

Clean, quiet room, a bit spartan, but everything works and the bed is comfortable. The check-in process is such that you can get in at any time with codes, even if reception is closed late in the evenings. We had minimal interaction with staff, as we got in late and left quickly the next morning, but people were cheerful and polite at check out.
